Why do we need Real Time Strategy for FBBC?
The world is becoming increasingly unpredictable, yet organizations and teams must make coordinated and intentional decisions. The world is changing faster than plans can be developed and implemented. The world is changing faster than employees can adapt with planning and programming tools. It is challenging to keep up with what is happening in the world. Traditional business strategy processes are becoming less adequate.
This workshop will assist FBBC in:
Constructing a shared identity for the enterprise. Maintaining constant awareness of the changing landscape. Developing a set of simple guiding principles for ongoing strategies. Balancing mere visions of the future with attentive interactions. Moving from mission statements to shared identity and purpose.

- Skills building.
- Building the core identity of FBBC.
- Building aspirational identity – how do we want to be perceived?
- Building an external identity – how can we be effectively seen?
- Building a shared identity – where can this come together?
- Building Agents (Landscape) – what external factors influence us?
- Connections in the landscape – how is all of this interconnected?
- Playing with emergence – what if we allow this to happen – what are the effects?
- Establishing simple guiding principles.
